At 18, Grace started her journey into Accountancy by working at a top-10 firm through an apprenticeship.
At 20, she qualified as an Accountant, which led her to open her own Accountancy Firm ‘Hardy Accounting’ at 21.
She now advocates for entrepreneurship and speaks about her journey to inspire other young people to start their own businesses.
Grace founded ‘The Unconventional Podcast’ and is a huge advocate for financial education for young people. She aims to make financial education mandatory in all primary schools.
She is helping young people find apprenticeships and seeing the value of starting a business at a young age.
